“Making Waves” Water Aerobics Class

Frequently Asked Questions
What will we do in class?
The hour-long class includes:

  • 5 minute warm-up
  • 35-45 minute cardio workout, including buoyancy equipment (provided)
  • 5 minute additional strength workout
  • 5 minute cool down

All levels of fitness are welcome!

What equipment do I need?
You will need to bring a swimsuit, towel, and water shoes.  You should also bring a bottle of water.  Lockers are available for your use but you will need to provide a lock.

How much do the classes cost?
Classes are just $6.00 each and are taught by Sharon “Sis” Hart certified by the Aerobic Exercise Association, Arthritis Foundation, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
